This solution will augment explosives management and enhance the QA and management of the entire explosives process by providing Simbio PLOD to charge crews, able to consume information such as explosives quantities from the Magman magazine between devices, and add any other tasks, forms, delays and activities in their own PLOD that are a part of their regular shift. In turn you will be able to monitor production and performance (such as availability, productivity) metrics from the blasting activities. These additional processes, along with the Magman data collected will take advantage of our MANAGE framework to deploy reporting views, integrate to downstream users and systems and provide further insights and QA than was previously possible.
Our system is designed to save time and minimise paperwork, allowing personnel to access the entire explosives data entry process electronically
